DEMO PRAXIS [DPx]

The purpose of every game is to be played. In its nature lies the inherent need to be fulfilled in the very act of playing. That is why making it available is a responsibility for anyone who understands what it means to create a game.


Demo

Demo is short for “demonstration”, from Latin dēmōnstrāre: “to show clearly”, from monstrāre: “to show”.

To conclude—literally—with a compiled build of the project generated by the game engine, correctly integrating the chosen practice at a technical level. Always aiming to materialize an artistic vision into playable environments.

Praxis

Praxis comes from Greek πρᾶξις (praxis): “action / practice”, from the verb πράσσω/πράττω (prássō/práttō): “to do, to act”.

In DPx, praxis is conscious practice: not “testing just to test”, not dispersion disguised as progress. A minimum clarity is enough: what is being trained, why, and under what limits today. It demands no solemnity; it demands judgment. Its function is simple: that effort produces craft, not noise.
